What the Crows Brought Me
These assemblage reliquaries honor the sacred exchange of recognition and transference between species. Through a progression of dimensional, staged vignettes, I have provided a visual narrative of the give-and-take relationship that can develop over time with a local murder of crows. Each work cleverly reveals a fictional flock’s daily delivery of found objects picked and presented as gifts of gratitude.
